Griffin-Owens and Associates has been serving the needs of families and businesses in the Herndon, Reston and Sterling areas since 1981. Christian Griffin founded the agency as a scratch agent for Nationwide Insurance company. Entering a male dominated industry at that time she was one of the few female agents with the company. She was joined by her partner, Don Owens in 1983. The combination of Chris and Don proved to be the right recipe to build one of the most successful agencies in Nationwide Insurance history.
