MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHIES

Today’s high technology professionals have a wide variety of opportunities presented to them.  To keep and motivate the workforce, companies need to address issues that go far beyond the commission plan and the company perks.

The challenge I have found in today’s market is to keep employees focused on the activities that produce results with the appropriate level of reporting and check and balances.  I have found that a properly implemented quality control system reduces stress on the environment and monitors the expectation level of employees and customers to management.

My belief system includes:

The customer comes before all else. Reduce his or her “pain” and make the customer look good to upper management; you have a customer for life.  Today’s customers want true vision tied to their problem sets that give a clear path for future growth and functionality.

Employees are the next most important part of any business.  Management needs to nourish, educate, reward and challenge each and every employee.  If each employee knows how to win at work than the enterprise will thrive and the stakeholders will be rewarded.
